For endless recreation, hunting, fishing and adventure, there's no better place to be. Come see for yourself!

Just minutes away from exceptional walleye and northern pike fishing. LAKE SAKAKAWEA HAS IT ALL!  Lake Sakakawea is one of the largest man-made reservoirs in the world.  Created by the Garrison Dam in the 1950's, the lake expands hundreds of miles and offers every recreational opportunity from recreational boating and world renowned fishing to adventurous sailing and scuba diving.  The lake offers plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy water skiing and sunbathing during the warm summer months with miles and miles of pristine natural sand beaches.  Fishing is a favorite activity year round!  Many anglers prefer the challenges of ice fishing!

During fall and winter months, the Corps of Engineers lakeshore area provides excellent upland game and deer hunting. Out of state hunting and fishing licenses are available through local vendors or the North Dakota Game & Fish Department.  Guide service is available for both hunting and fishing activities.  Contact us for more information.

Brendles Bay Resort The resort area has a convenience store to provide everything from gas, tackle, bait, groceries, batteries, candy, pop, ice and the best ice cream for the sweet tooth in the entire area.  The resort has access to 3 boat ramps, two modern fish cleaning stations, play grounds, horse shoes, fire pits, showers, laundry houses and an emergency siren for weather alerts. Relax at one of the many beaches for a fun day in the sun. We have a community center available for large family/group gatherings.
